What’s Next at Soccer House
This summer has been a wild ride. The World Cup was incredible and we enjoyed every big goal, packed house, late winner and all the friends and neighbors we watched every match with along the way.
We said from the start that the World Cup wasn’t the endpoint, it was the launchpad and we're ready for what comes next.
As we head into the second half of the MLS season, the start of the LigaMX Apertura and eagerly await the coming European seasons, Soccer House is shifting gears. We're locking in new hours, launching some programs we've been eager to debut, and making sure you've got a reason to stop by. Whether it's for the Fire's playoff push, a cold drink and a great meal, or just good company, we’ll be here for you!
New Hours
Starting this week, we're going back to a more regular schedule:
Wednesday & Thursday: 4:00 PM to Midnight
Friday & Saturday: 1:00 PM to Midnight
Sunday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
(Closed Mondays & Tuesdays)
There are still a few changes to come when the European seasons kick off (La Liga starts August 15th)! We are, of course, going back to early mornings on weekends. Come September, we’ll be changing up to ensure we’re the best place for every Champions League match starting with the League Phase.
More Than Matches
We're launching some programs that'll make Soccer House the place to be even when your club isn’t playing!
Happy Hour
Happy Hour starts this week and even though the Bundesliga and their awesome Friday afternoon matches aren’t back yet, we just can’t wait to get those early Friday Happy Hours going!
Movie Night
Since the first moment we saw our big screen on the roof we’ve been dreaming of a montly Movie Night. That kicks off Thursday, July 30th at 7:00 PM with "Once in a Lifetime: The Extraordinary Story of the New York Cosmos." It's a 2006 documentary about the legendary NASL team—Pelé, Beckenbauer, Studio 54, and the hedonism that brought it all down. Check out the trailer here.
Book Club
Our new Book Club will meet monthly starting Thursday, September 24th at 7:00 PM. First up: The Miracle of Castel di Sangro by Joe McGinniss.
As the riotous, edge-of-your-seat season unfolds, McGinniss develops a deepening bond with the team, their village and its people, and their country. Traveling with the miracle team, from the isolated mountain region where Castel di Sangro is located to gritty towns as well as grand cities, McGinniss introduces us to an Italy that no tourist guidebook has ever described, and comes away with a "sad, funny, desolating, and inspiring story--everything, in fact, a story should be" (Los Angeles Times).
Sticker Trading
Sticker Trading happens every Friday from 6:00–8:00 PM. Still hunting for those 2026 World Cup stickers? Come swap with us.
But Also Matches!
The Fire are pushing for the playoffs with their new striker and we're showing every match. This week: Inter Miami away (Wednesday, 6:30 PM) and NYCFC away (Saturday, 6:30 PM). Join us and our friends from the Red Line Supporters Group.
We're doubling down on Liga MX en español every week. This weekend don’t miss the Campeón de Campeones match (Saturday, 8:30 PM) plus all the other matches from Jornada 2.
We're also catching the next generation of U.S. talent: the CONCACAF U20 Championship on Saturday at 9:00 PM. And yes, we'll have the club friendlies on the screens too. Liverpool vs Sunderland and Tottenham down under.
Soccer House has always been about more than matches. It's about community, conversation, and the beautiful game in all its forms. Whether you're here for the Fire's playoff run, to debate the finer points of La Liga, or to trade stickers with fellow fanatics, we've got something for you.
See you soon!
