The Red Line SG is Coming to Soccer House
At Soccer House, we believe supporters are the heartbeat of the game. We are building a place to welcome supporters groups, give them a stage, and truly belong to the people who sing, stand, travel, organize, paint, chant, and show up week after week because their club matters.
We’re proud to say that Red Line Supporters Group will be making Soccer House their home for all their watch parties and more.
Who Are the Red Line Supporters Group?
Red Line SG is a community of Chicagoans who love soccer and are deeply committed to growing the game at every level in this city. Their mission goes far beyond matchdays.
They’re dedicated to:
Swelling the supporters’ ranks for Chicago’s teams, both professional and amateur
Expanding access to free, organized pickup soccer across neighborhoods
Building a welcoming, inclusive culture for fans of the Fire, Stars, and local clubs alike
First and foremost, Red Line believes Chicago is one of the greatest cities in the world and that its soccer community should reflect that greatness. We couldn’t agree more! Learn more about them at their website - www.redlinesg.com
A Permanent Home for Matchdays and More
Once Soccer House opens, we’ll be hosting Red Line Supporters Group along with all Chicago Fire and Chicago Stars fans for every match. Soccer House will be the home base. Beyond just showing matches, we’ll host Red Line’s many community partners, other meetups and events, and generally be the spot where routines form, friendships deepen, chants evolve, and someone who didn’t know they needed to be a soccer supporter discovers that they now can’t live without it.
But First… Winter.
Here’s the reality: Soccer House opens in the spring and right now, and at the beginning of every MLS season it is very much still winter. So we’ve lined up a series of pop-up watch parties in the neighborhood to bridge the gap for early away matches.
For the Fire’s opening match on February 21st, our Red Line x Soccer House Pop-Up will be held at Centre Court Productions (469 N Racine Avenue, Chicago, IL 60642). It’s just down the block from Soccer House’s future home at the corner of Grand & Ogden.
If you want to join us, please click here to RSVP so we know how many friends to expect.
We’ll be announcing the locations for the other two matches very soon.
This Is Just the Beginning
These pop-ups are a preview. A warm-up. A reminder that supporters don’t wait for perfect conditions, they create the atmosphere wherever they are.
When Soccer House opens its doors, Red Line Supporters Group will be there from day one, helping shape what this place becomes: a true clubhouse for Chicago’s soccer community. Chicago supporters deserve a home and we can’t wait to build it together.
